To strengthen our office team, we are currently seeking (or by arrangement) a full-time employee (40 hours/week) for our Viernheim location with solid expertise in accounting & DATEV as well as office management.

Regular office hours are Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent handling of bookkeeping using DATEV
• Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing payments and managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable systems
• Receiving and assisting visitors, as well as serving as the first point of contact for clients and business partners
• Operating the switchboard and transferring calls
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• General office organization and administration (including orders, purchasing, and kitchen duties) as well as filing and documentation
• Administrative support for our specialist teams

Your profile:

• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of DATEV and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and precise manner
• Team player, reliable, and discreet
• Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Very good written and spoken German (knowledge of English is desirable)

• Planning and projecting of circuits and controls for the industry
• You will design circuit diagrams incl. layout plans, terminal diagrams using the CAD program EPLAN P8 (knowledge of earlier versions is an advantage)
• You generate cable and parts lists
• You are responsible for the technical documentation as well as the compliance with the relevant standards and directives
• You support commissioning
• You analyze customer requirements and implement them

What do we expect from you?

• Successfully completed training/further training as an electrical engineer or technician in the field of electrical engineering with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification
• Experience in control engineering and knowledge of switchgear construction
• Experience/good design skills in EPLAN P8 or earlier versions
• Knowledge of the relevant directives and standards as well as experience in their applications
• English language skills, both written and spoken

• You create and program PLC programs and visualizations on Simatic S7, TIA-Portal and Rockwell ControlLogix
